"Self Portrait"

Having spent a lot of time doing scenic paintings, I wanted to produce a relaxed example of portraiture, concentrating on the textures of cloth and skin tones rather than the background, to showcase what I could achieve figuratively.

I also wanted a permanent record of my favourite jeans before they wore through completely!
